I'm 23 and married. I run an online magazine called GenTwenty. I also have a degree in Psychology and I live in the PNW.
For me, health is all about balance, discipline and routine. I'm slowly getting better at it, one day at a time.
Half marathon training.
Super indulgent but healthy breakfast: whole grain tortilla with pb, banana and chocolate chips, strawberries, blueberries and vanilla Greek yogurt with cinnamon! And, of course, coffee.
